All about this Anti-Bribery Awareness Course
Throughout this Anti-Bribery course you will gain an understanding of what anti-bribery is, how you can avoid acts of bribery from happening and the implications that bribery can have on businesses, individuals and the wider community.
You will explore the history of bribery and encounter some current statistics about bribery in the UK. You will also consider some examples of bribery, the different types of bribery and relevant terminology.
You will also read through some examples of what bribery might look like in the business world. This will include reading through some fictional scenarios, as well as some real-life case studies where individuals or businesses have been prosecuted for bribery offences.
By the end of this course, you should be able to confidently identify instances of bribery, understand the Bribery Act 2010 and know how to write an Anti-Bribery policy.
In order to complete the course, you must achieve 80% or more in the final multiple choice quiz.
You will earn 3 CPD points on completion of the course, this course will take around 3 hours to complete and the certificate will last for two years.

The Bribery Act 2010 and Good Practice
In this unit you will explore more in depth about why the Act was introduced, what it covers and how it differs from previous legislation. You will also explore the six key principles at the core of the Bribery Act.
An anti-bribery policy
In the final unit of the anti-bribery course, you will look at what an anti-bribery policy is and when one might be needed for your business. You will also explore how you can detect if your business is at high risk of bribery, considering both internal and external factors.
