How to Become GDPR Compliant
In this unit you will look at examples of good practice being followed in schools, as well as how you can gain parental consent for data processing and the risk of non-compliance. You will also explore the types of penalties.
Good Practice
In the final unit you will explore some of the good practices that Educational settings should implement to be complaint with GDPR, you will explore the importance of performing audits on data processing practices, as well as issuing privacy notices to parents.
